*Discount of 20% applies to employees based in the UK, whereas employees based in the Republic of Ireland will benefit from a 25% discount. The UK discount rate is the maximum discount rate set by the UK government, fixed at the start of the plan, while the Irish discount rate is in line with local market practice. Sharesave 2026 is not currently open to employees based outside the UK and Ireland.
